Jose You, a proud Filipino of Chinese descent. His culinary journey began with a degree in Culinary Arts, which he honed at prestigious establishments like The Ternary in Sydney, Australia, St. Regis Bal Harbour and Four Seasons Surfside in Miami. Presently, as the Chef at Las Tortugas Catering, he continues to delight with his culinary expertise. Outside the kitchen, he's known for his impressive front handspring and is always up for a fun challenge.​
