Drew Nieporent, one of America’s most respected and celebrated restaurateurs, is the founder and inspiration behind the Myriad Restaurant Group, which operates Bâtard, Tribeca Grill, Nobu Downtown, Nobu Fifty-Seven, Nobu London, Crush Wine & Spirit, Metropolitan Grille at Citi Field, and Daily Burger at Madison Square Garden.

Over the last 30 years, Myriad has opened and operated over 39 restaurants around the world, including, places as diverse as London, San Francisco, Seattle, Louisville, Moscow, Boca Raton, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket. Drew’s restaurants are widely acknowledged for great food and wine service, winning multiple Michelin Stars, as well as Grand Awards from the Wine Spectator. Drew donates his time to dozens of charities, and is a 1977 graduate of Cornell University.
