A few proceeding roles for Chef Schneider were Executive Chef for Cuisinart Golf Resort and Spa in Anguilla, Chef de Cuisine for 3-Michelin Star Chef Eric Ripert’s Azur by Le Bernardin in Palm Springs, CA, and Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas.
