Getting her start as a culinarian at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, cooking at Eleven Madison Park and serving as Chef and Director of Culinary Training with Hillstone Restaurant Group, Jennifer O’Brien was well primed to enter the world of Hotel Food & Beverage.

Jennifer first served as outlet Executive Chef and served on JW Austin’s opening team, after being awarded the ACE Award for Rising Star Chef with Marriott International, Jennifer was elated to join the Global Operations Luxury Team in culinary development.

Chef Jennifer focuses on enhancement of the Food & Beverage experience for guests visiting Marriott’s luxury tier.
