Chef Katrina Pagan began her culinary journey at The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan in her home country of Puerto Rico.  Starting as a seasonal cook, Pagan learned the values and dedication it takes to be a part of Ritz-Carlton.  She has been a stand out within the company growing her career with multiple roles in San Juan, excelling at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman as Assistant Pastry Chef and rising to Head Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta.  Whenever a new challenge arises she refers to the best piece of advice she ever received: “Make it happen, we are magicians.”  Pagan has participated in Cayman Cookout for two years and is delighted to be welcomed again.
