Chef Kunal Sharma started his culinary journey in his home country of India in the kitchens of his mother and grandmother, who introduced him to world cuisines at a very young age.  He developed a passion for cooking and studied at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America.

After graduation, Chef Kunal joined the Ritz-Carlton family in Amelia Island, where he worked in the AAA Five Diamond Salt restaurant and banquet kitchen. He moved to Grand Cayman in 2012 and started as a seasonal cook in banquet kitchen. He has steadily moved up the ranks gaining experience in various kitchens in the hotel and appointed recently as the restaurant chef of Andiamo.
