Marcello graduated at the Catering College in Tuscany and has been working as chef for Academia Barilla since 2001; the first culinary center dedicated to the development and promotion of Italian Gastronomic Culture in the world. Being an ambassador of Italian cuisine in the world, not only he organizes cooking classes and product demonstrations in fairs and exhibitions, supervises gala dinners and pasta parties, but also he is engaged in the R&D of the new product launches. As a member of FIC, Marcello worked in many Italian and foreign restaurants all around the world and took part in different TV shows, such as Masterchef and Topchef.
