Marco Fadiga is an Italian chef whose experience spans more than 20 years and multiple countries across Europe. He was named Moët & Chandon’s new executive chef in July 2016, following a worldwide global competition. Previously, he was chef-owner of the restaurant “Noir” in Bologna. From 2003 to 2014 he was chef-owner of Marco Fadiga Bistrot in Bologna, and from 1999 to 2003 he was chef-owner of La Pernice e La Gallina in Bologna, which obtained one Michelin star, in addition to multiple other awards.

As an ambassador for the Maison, Marco shares and spreads Moët & Chandon’s heritage and boldness around the world. He is among the first to taste each new vintage champagne, and works closely with the winemakers team to design dishes that complement the Maison’s wines.
