Chef Pedro Passalacqua started cooking along with his grandmothers as they both have Spanish and Italian heritage in their blood. Pedro’s family always gathered around the table making food a central part of their lives. He started His culinary journey as a hobby while majoring to be an engineer, and he never looked back. He changed his major and went on to become a culinary and business management alumni. Once he graduated he came to The Cayman Islands to work at the hotel right next door to The Ritz Carlton, The Westin. After moved on and worked for the Marriott Grand Cayman before Joining us at The Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman as a Sous Chef for Seven Restaurant.
